William always wanted to create art and upon retirement from the Denver Police 

Department decided to attend art classes at the

Denver Art Students league where he studied

under several artists.

He then began to study the techniques of various

artists and found that realism in the oil medium

was his niche. 

He joined the Park Hill Artist Group and found

his mentor Evelyn Valdez Martinez there.

William has presented at one man shows and

various other shows and galleries.
